Cargo Curious Bike Guide

Have you been getting “cargo-curious” seeing all the awesome cargo bikes around Alameda?  As you probably noticed, cargo bikes come in many different types and configurations, and it can be tough to know where to start.

We surveyed local cargo bike owners about their experiences with their bikes in an effort to help you decide what cargo bike best fits your needs and go beyond the “top 10” lists. We hope this guide helps to familiarize you with some of the options available for cargo bikes and a few things to consider when determining which bike is right for you and your needs.

We want this to be a helpful, comprehensive guide, so we’ve broken it into multiple sections. If we are missing something important, please let us know by emailing maria@bikewalkalameda.org.
