At its April 18, 2023 meeting, City Council voted 4-1 in support of the Lincoln Avenue/Marshall Way/Pacific Avenue Corridor Improvement Project. It will phase in over time, but safety improvements for the Walnut intersection are being prioritized, so we should see changes there very soon. Council also directed that a pedestrian crossing be added to the north leg of the intersection with Wilma Chan Way, an important enhancement for the walkability of this neighborhood.
